We offer for rent a 2-room apartment on the ground floor of one of the blocks next to Sala Palatului. The entrance is made from the stairwell.
The tenant can take it as residential or office/commercial space.
The apartment is completely renovated (including the sanitary and electrical installations). A rental contract is concluded. The rent is paid in advance for one month. The guarantee is one month's rent. The contract for cable TV and internet can be opened depending on the requirements of the future tenant. The kitchen is not furnished/equipped. There is no parking space, on the parking spaces in the area, the rule is first come first served.
A medium/long-term contract is preferred, a short-term contract is not desired.
The agency's fee is one month of the rent at which the transaction is concluded (VAT).
