In body B of the project, with access from the inner courtyard, we have available a space for rent with a built-up area of 105 sq.m., respectively an internal usable area of 79.4 sq.m., to which an 8 sq.m. terrace is added. About the project I could say that every time... Not just a property but a Statement
"I imagined living in relation to two private urban courtyards, intended for the community that will live in this building. The building folds around these major spaces, organically connecting to the neighboring buildings.
The courtyards are paved with brick and planted with trees and shrubs, offering the opportunity for social contacts.
Both the two access stairs and all the apartments communicate visually with these courtyards, opening to them with large loggias and windows without parapets.
There are two iconic finishes of the construction: the brick veneer and the iron elements. The apparent brick is the dominant finish that connects with the tradition of the neighborhood that housed various craft activities in the past.
The building is located in the middle of one of the old neighborhoods of the city, an area where living was intertwined with craftsmanship, and private spaces opened to common courtyards. The neighborhood also had an industrial area consisting mainly of small brick factories. One of them, Tonola, is located on the current grounds of Circului Park, just 500 meters away. On the neighboring land, on Teilor Street (currently Vasile Lascar), the first depot for horse-drawn trams in Bucharest operated since 1871."
From the point of view of the location of the project, the street is located between Dacia Boulevard and Stefan cel Mare, only 10 minutes' walk from the metro station.
